Delivered for Lantana
These aren't talking points — they're completed projects that made life better for Lantana residents.
Looking Ahead: Lantana's Priorities
Over the next several years, Lantana's focus is turning long-range planning into visible results — guided by the Townwide Master Plan, the annual budget process, and the overriding goal of preserving Lantana's distinctive small-town character.

- Continue upgrading park facilities and recreational amenities
- Support public-safety staffing and equipment needs
- Maintain community policing and neighborhood engagement
Fiscal Responsibility
Adopt transparent, performance-based budgets tied to Council priorities — pursuing outside funding before asking more of Lantana taxpayers.
- Maintain balanced, performance-based budgets each fiscal year
- Pursue grants and state/federal funding before raising local taxes
- Publish clear, accessible financial reporting for residents
Resident Involvement
Continue involving residents in decisions that affect the community — through the Master Plan process, public meetings, and direct engagement.
- Keep the resident Master Plan Committee active and engaged
- Hold regular public meetings and community forums
- Listen to residents and act on what they need
I'm not running on what I'll do. I'm running on what I've done — and the work that still needs doing.
